Delhi and its adjoining areas in northwest India are likely to enter another "break monsoon" phase, the third this season, as the monsoon trough has shifted close to the foothills of the Himalayas and is predicted to stay there for another day, according to the India Meteorological Department. "The entire monsoon trough lies close to the foothills of the Himalayas. It is likely to remain there till tomorrow, August 26," the IMD said in a statement.
