Delhi likely to revert to '21 dry days' | Here's how liquor availability might change

Delhi might revert back to past norms like 21 "dry days" from September 21 as the national capital's government is reversing the excise policy, officials said on Friday.  Rebates and 'one-plus-one' deals are likely to go away under the old excise regime.
